If we have to cancel an air charter flight, is there a cancellation charge? |

This varies from charter company to charter company. It also has alot to do with when you cancel the charter. Generally, the closer you cancel to the day or time of departure, the higher the cancellation charge. It also depends on how much business the air charter company turned down for the day you wanted the aircraft and in some cases, if the air charter company can still sell the aircraft for the day you cancelled.

As opposed to buying a ticket on a scheduled airline, air charter allows you to set your own schedule which saves you time, fly to the closest airport to your ultimate destination, work onboard and conduct meetings privately and enjoy better food. The whole event is customized to your needs and desires. You can't really even begin to compare the airlines to air charter.
